Institute show that sovereign debt is only part of the debt problem. Households
and banks owe, too
At least it’s been clear just how
underwater all the struggling countries have been, right? Not exactly. If you
add household, business, and bank debt to the total, the picture is a good deal
spookier. By this measure, the U.K. is the soggiest.
